RETURNS

All PETER LANGNER CASA products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange (with the exception of items marked "final sale", and for customized items which are not eligible for return or exchange). The item must have been purchased from peterlangnercasa.com

Items must be returned in their original condition. 

Please go to peterlangnercasa.com. You will have the option to enter the email address or order number and shipping address zip that you used when you made your order. Please then click “Start A Return.” You will then receive an email (if you entered your email) from which you can access the Returns Center or you will be taken to there directly if you entered your order number and zip. Once you access the Return Center, please choose which item you would like to return and select the reason - this will prompt you to make either a return or exchange.

Shipping costs for returns are not covered by CUT SRL - peterlangnercasa.com

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and customized ones cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@peterlangner.com and send your item to: CUT SRL - Via Francesco de Sanctis 34, 20141 Milan, Italy
